Welcome to FancyPup Supply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by FancyPup Supply ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

FancyPup Supply is a B2B pet supply company specializing in premium cat litter, smart pet appliances, and comprehensive pet care solutions for global markets.

3.1 Eligibility

Our services are intended for business-to-business transactions only. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

4.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance by FancyPup Supply. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to most products, typically starting at 5 tons for cat litter products.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are typically 30% deposit with balance due before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including T/T, L/C, and other internationally recognized payment instruments.

5.1 Quality Standards

All products are manufactured according to ISO9001 standards and carry relevant certifications including CE, FDA, and REACH compliance where applicable.

5.2 Product Warranties

We warrant that our products will conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective products.

6.1 Shipping Terms

We offer various shipping options including sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. FOB terms are standard, with other Incoterms available upon request.

6.2 Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 15-30 days from order confirmation, depending on product type and destination. Custom orders may require additional time.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to the carrier at our facility (FOB origin) unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

All content on our website and in our materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FancyPup Supply and protected by intellectual property laws.

For OEM/ODM services, intellectual property rights will be defined in separate agreements. Custom formulations and designs developed specifically for clients may be subject to separate IP arrangements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FancyPup Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade laws and conventions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to international arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For significant changes affecting existing orders or agreements, we will provide reasonable notice to affected customers.
